YAY AWARDS! I love getting awards as it always makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I promise I won’t let them go to my head though! I was nominated by the lovely Chloe from The Spooky Red Head! THANK YOU CHLOE!!! I love the content she creates as she does really awesome lists which contain a range of information including interesting facts, quotes, opinions and reasons to check stuff out! She does a wide range too and I have learnt quite a few things from reading her posts! Please go check her out and show her some love! Once again thank you so much!

First up are the rules:

1. Share the link of the blogger who has shown love to you by nominating you
2. Answer the questions
3. In the spirit of sharing love and solidarity with our blogging family, nominate 8-13 people for the same award
4. Ask them 3 questions

Chloe’s questions:

1. What’s that one song that you like, but you refuse to admit that you do like it to anyone?

beelzebub ed

Any and all really weird or cutesy anime songs. I’m a sucker for cute Japanese music as it’s so much fun to listen to but I feel that I give people really weird mixed impressions by liking cute songs and then really heavy metal and rock (my personality is all over the place *sighs*). I think if I had to pick one…that’s so difficult. I finished Beelzebub recently and they had a crazy, weird ED song which I secretly kind of love and bop my head to *stares awkwardly at feet from embarrassment*. It’s called Papepipupo by Nozomi Sasaki. It’s so weird but so lovable. So let’s go with that one!

You can here the weirdness for yourself here

2. If you could pick your own first name, what would you choose to call yourself?

Ooooooooooh I like this one! Probably either Raven or Scarlett because I think those are super pretty names! I also feel they are very mysterious names and my actual name (Samantha) is lacking in the mystery department.

Also these two are why I like those names

3. Do you have a favourite quote?

I’m honestly not a big quote person. I never tend to retain them unless they are dumb ones which I find funny. I remember quotes like “Zura ja nai Katsura da!” and “Himekawa desu kedo” because they amuse me but I don’t tend to retain serious ones. I think one of my favourite serious quotes is probably “Too weird to live, too young to die” which I first heard from Avenged Sevenfold’s song Bat Country but originates from Hunter S. Thompson (Bat Country is based off Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas). It’s a quote that has always resinated with me as I love the meaning of it (I have even considered getting a tattoo of the quote).

My nominations are:

Lina from Tiny Ugly Animal

Cactus Matt from Anime Q and A

Josmarie from It’s An Anime Thing

Otaku and Proud Girl

Jack from The Aniwriter

Irina from I drink and watch anime

Neko Neha from Biblionyan

Nesha from #moe404

Fueled by Smiling

You guys have already probably done this already. Don’t feel obligated to do the tag if you do not wish to! Also I’m sorry if I didn’t tag you it’s so hard to pick these days! Also I’m sorry I don’t know some of your names! Don’t hate me!

My three questions are:

  1. What is one food you couldn’t live without?
  2. What are you listening to at the moment? (This could include bands, artists and genres.)
  3. What is your favourite anime this season? Or favourite anime at the moment if you don’t have one!

Thanks for reading and I hope you’re having a great day!
