Day 13- Anime Character You Are Most Similar To
Yet again another post I have to think long and hard over. You see I don’t have one particular character that I am most similar to but a few types that parts of my personality slot nicely into. I see myself primarily fitting into two character types:
- The lazy type
- The otaku type
Since this is my post I’m going to cheat a little and give two characters because it’s my blog and I can do whatever I want.
1.The Lazy Type
I am always tired. All the time. So any and all sleepy, lazy, cannot be bothered with life characters are always appreciated. Houtarou Oreki from Hyouka is a prime example of this. Considering he is my profile picture for most of my social media it is no secret that I like his character. He has an attitude where he cannot be bothered to do things that take up energy but he ends up doing them anyway even if he doesn’t want to.
Kuro/Sleep Ash from Servamp is also an excellent example of my lazy side too.
2.The Otaku Type
As a female otaku I highly relate to Serinuma Kae from Kiss Him Not Me. With her obsessive love of anime and manga, shipping boys and her tendency to gain weight easily I find myself very drawn to her character and relate a lot to what she says and does. I just wish mourning over anime characters could make me loose a few pounds like it did with her….

A Nerdy Perspective 
I loved Sleepy Ash he for me was the only good thing about that anime ha.
I do mourn characters also, sometimes more so if an anime or manga ends not if they die.

I love Sleepy Ash and personally I loved that show (excluding episode 12 because that just sucked) but I did go and read the manga afterwards too which really helped me understand some key things that they missed out on in the anime 😑 and yeah I’m the same!

It seemed so rushed and I bet the manga will be so much better.

You’re right it was very rushed especially the ending. The manga is at a much better pace and helped to explain things better.

Oh wow I can relate so much to the characters that you’ve chosen. I also love them all, especially Sleepy Ash.
Although my anime spirit animal would be Umaru-chan just because she is lazy AND an otaku and she loves snacks 😂

Haha I’m glad I’m not the only one who relates to these characters 😂 Sleepy Ash is very relatable. Umaru-chan is also a very relatable spirit animal! I can relate to her as well 😂
