I’m a Ray of Sunshine! (The Sunshine Blogger Award)

I always love getting tagged in posts! It makes me feel so good! Although the amount of tags I have been given has piled up as of late I am slowly making my way through them all. Today I’m finally getting around to doing the Sunshine Blogger Award. I was nominated by two lovely rays of sunshine!

First up is:

TheSpookyRedHead

This lovely ray of sunshine nominated me for this a while back (sorry for the wait). If you don’t follow Chloe already then what are you doing?! Get yourself over to her blog as she does great posts on a number of topics creating some amazing factual posts about everything from Studio Ghibli to Scooby Doo. Thank you so much for the nomination!

My second nominated was from:

Arthifis

I urge you to go check out this lovely guys blog if you haven’t already! Arthifis creates a range of amazing content covering everything from anime to his tips and tricks with anxiety. He’s both a wonderful writer and blogger friend! Thank you so much for the nomination Arthifis!

The rules for this tag are as follows:

1. Thank the person who nominated me for this

2. Answer the question that has been mentioned in the post

3. Post question for my nominees to answer

4. Nominate users for the Sunshine Blogger Award

And now for the questions:

TheSpookyRedHead‘s and one of Arthifis‘s questions:

As bloggers, we write about anything we like to talk about and express our ideas and opinions. Some of us have our own writing style and schedule and we write the way that can be read easily. As bloggers or even vloggers, we can write or say about anything. However, some people don’t do anything of that and they just become our audience. Can you, a writer or vlogger, imagine your life right now if you never did blogging or vlogging? Would your life be really different?

This is a great question. My life wouldn’t be much different to be honest. I only started blogging at the end of last year. I can imagine my life without blogging but I really don’t want to imagine that as I love it and I don’t ever want to give it up. With or without my blog I’d still be a stressed anime loving university student. Thankfully instead of just rolling around like a lazy potato I actually have something both fun and productive to do with my spare time.

Arthifis‘s other questions:

Please introduce us to you in a way as if we saw a movie in the theatre.

*Please read this in Morgan Freeman’s voice for full effect* In a messy bedroom far, far away there lives an introvert. An introvert so introverted she would rather stay in her blanket fortress and watch anime all day. With a cup of coffee in one hand and a computer mouse in the other she attempts to conquer the anime realm by watching all of the anime.

…was that good? Did that work ok?

What is your favourite commercial you can remember to this day?

That’s a tricky one. I can think of plenty of incredibly irritating commercials that I have seen over the years (GoCompare anyone?) but a favourite one is hard. I think my favourite might be the cute road safety ad they played when I was little. It was this ad with hedgehogs in and they told you have to cross the road safely and cute animals giving 6 year old me advice would obviously stick in my head and teach me about road safety. I also would like to point out this ad was replaced with this terrifying cartoon of children who were badly injured from car accident and it was horrific and unnecessary. Let me know if any of you have seen or remember these commercials!

I’m sorry but i’m not nominating anyone as I don’t want to spam people with tags.

Thanks for reading and I hope you’re having a great day!

  1. Nope, you didn’t do good… You did great! 😀 Loved your intro and I tried my best to read it with Morgan Freeman voice in my head ahah

Well, I don’t, proably because I don’t live where you live, but hedgehogs teaching how to cross the road seems to be the cutest thing ever. Specially because my last name is cacheiro, which is close to ouriço-cacheiro, hedgehog in portuguese ahah

    1. Haha thank you 😄 I’m glad you liked it and I’m glad you even tried to read it that way 😆

Ahh yes that’s understandable! I think it’s a U.K only advert but it was seriously adorable! I miss those days of hedgehogs teaching me stuff haha! And that’s so cool! I’ve learnt something new today! My first ever Portuguese word! 😄
