I cannot believe the anime for spring 2018 is almost over! It’s gone by so fast and I’m now preparing myself for a summer full of new anime. This summer brings some old classics premiering their latest seasons as well as some brand new anime which I am excited to sink my teeth into. Here are a few of the series I’ll be checking out.
Gintama: Silver Soul Arc Part Two
If you have been following my blog for a while then you’ll probably already know how much I love Gintama. I have been waiting and mentally preparing myself for the second part to the Silver Soul arc all spring. I’m intrigued yet absolutely terrified to see where they take this series next with the final war.
Angels of Death
I have read the first volume of the manga for this series, the second volume is currently sitting on my self waiting to be read, so I was presently surprised to see this pop up on Crunchyroll’s announcement list. The overall concept is something I look forward to exploring more and I look forward to seeing characters like Issac in animated form.
Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs
This anime has harem written all over it. The art looks cute and I’m always up for anime centred around ghosts and the supernatural. Although I’m not expecting a masterpiece I’m hoping this is going to be a fun show to watch this summer.
Cells at Work
This anime just sounds fascinating. When reading the concept I just knew that it’s something I need to check out as it sounds like a gem. Anime can personify anything and everything and the idea of personifying cells in your body and seeing them do their job sounds awesome. I cannot wait to check this one out.
Attack on Titan Season 3
Of course I’ll be watching the third season of Attack on Titan. It’s a must! I’ve fallen behind on the manga so I have no idea what’s to come this season. I’m really looking forward to seeing how the story continues to progresses nonetheless.
Free!: Dive into the Future
Free! is also a must for the summer. I’ve loved Free ever since I started watching anime. Swimming is a sport I genuinely enjoy and am rather good at so an anime about swimming with cute boys will forever hold my attention. I feel like I’ve been waiting too long to see this and I’m very curious to see where it goes next.
I’ll also be continuing with My Hero Academia, Steins;Gate and Kakuriyo -Bed and Breakfast for Spirits- alongside all the new summer releases.
Until next time thanks for reading and I hope you’re having a great day!

Hot boys FREE of course I’ll be watching this weekly 😁 love this series a lot, it connected with me on my love for swimming. How can I not watch it. Lastly would be grand blue possibly if I could fit it in.

Cells looks like one of those that could be fun, or go bad very quickly… It’s on my list so I’m hoping for the former obviously.

Oh, boy, I forgot Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs was this season! That should be pretty interesting to see and read about – in terms of harems, that is… :’)
