Set Sail With My Crazy Crew (My Pirate Crew Tag)

For the past few weeks I have seen the pirate crew tag floating around the community. From the moment I saw it I was hoping someone would tag me in it as it looked like a whole lot of fun. The absolutely lovely Keiko over at Keiko’s Anime Blog tagged me to add my take and I am thrilled. Thank you so much my friend! If you aren’t already go and give her a follow, she deserves it!!

First up, the Rules:

Display the My Pirate Crew logo and add ‘My Pirate Crew’ as a tag.
Thank the blogger who nominated you and post a link to their blog.
Link back to the original post here(so I can compare your crews to mine).
Select seven anime characters and give them a position on the crew. These are the positions you can to fill. Warrior, sniper, chef, doctor, scientist, navigator, strategist, mechanic, entertainer.

Warrior – Hijiata Toushiro

My boy Hijikata would make the perfect warrior in my crew. I mean he isn’t nicknamed the “demonic vice chief” for nothing. He can seriously kick some ass when needed and the role of warrior fits perfectly for this mayo loving samurai.

Entertainer – Lawless of Greed/Hyde

I couldn’t have a pirate crew without having my best boy Lawless of Greed on it. Although he can fight well he would make an absolutely perfect entertainer. Considering he is into theatre and Shakespeare I just think the role of entertainer would suit him well. Plus his annoying and loud nature would be entertaining enough as it is.

Sniper – Riza Hawkeye

Miss Riza Hawkeye would be the perfect sniper for my pirate crew. She is a truly badass lady who knows how to use a gun and snipe any enemies that cross her path.

Chef – Sebastian Michaelis

I found the role of chef hard to fill but then I thought, SEBASTIAN! He is one hell of a butler who could concoct all sorts of yummy treats for the crew. He can also double up kitchen utensils as weapons which I’m sure would come in handy.

Doctor – Franken Stein

I think Stein would be able to double up as both a scientist and doctor which is perfect as I get two for the price of one mad scientist. It’s a win win, as long as he doesn’t do any weird experimentations on any other members of the crew that is.

Mechanic – Mei Hatsume

My first instinct was to go for the amazing Winry but then I remembered the crazy inventor we all know and love as Mei Hatsume. Mei would be a wonderful mechanic on my crew as not only can she fix and maintain things but also invent new items which could come in very useful on the seven seas.

Strategist – Izuku Midoriya/Deku

I think Deku would make a perfect strategist on my crew. I think his massive collection of information packed notebooks as well as his freaky in the zone mumbling he does when focused on learning and understanding others and their quirks would make him a great strategist. I think he could really break things down, think it through and come up with a great plan.

It seems my pirate crew is an eclectic mix of very crazy and interesting characters. I’m sure they’d all be fine though and get along swimmingly…yeah I’ll just keep telling myself that. Anyway, onto my nomination for the tag (apologies if you have already been tagged). I also want to give a big thank you to the wonderful Keiko once again for tagging me!
